Back around 2004 I was a member of a rock group called Evolution4. One of the songs I wrote with the group was called “Unsaid”. The lyrics were subtle but spicy. I’ll let you be the judge.
Unsaid
Stop playing with my mind
Have mercy babe
This soul is just too weak
I cannot stand against you tempting me
In this impossible feat
I’ve lost my mind
To your stare
And the way you touch me there
It’s not the work that scares me so
Only where this is going go
Don’t go
What’s the use?
You’ve got me trapped needing the juice
I’m finding hard in this scale
To successfully exhale
Don’t make me want you
Before
Wanna start something be sure
Plan to finish what you start
Don’t make me fall apart
I like what I see
I think I believe
That we can agree
That you and me
Can come to terms with what’s ahead
Outside of the floor and the bed
And whatever that’s left, unsaid
Unsaid.
Oh yeah.
Don’t make me want you like this
My body’s going through the fits
It’s almost like I have no control
Over my very soul
It’s just not right what you do
And what you ask me to
If it was other than yourself
I’d tell them to go to hell
I feel myself drowning
And you’re wrapped around me
I’d make you stop if I could
But you’re making it feel too good.
It’s a disease on my part
Toxin in my heart
I know you’re bad for me but still
I keep coming back for another fill
Stop playing with my mind
Have mercy babe
This soul is just too weak
I cannot stand against you tempting me
In this impossible feat. Oh.

We only ever got to perform this on stage one, during a charity event. Here’s one of the early footages from our performance at The Knitting Factory, NYC.
